Trees are scattered throughout the map, most notably in the woods behind the Blacksmith's shop. Trees can be chopped down to obtain Hardwood Logs and Oak Logs with a one handed axe. A tree starts at a 100% and the health of a tree will lower by 5% with each hit of an axe. At 60% Health the tree will become detached from the stump and fall over, and once it reaches 0% it will break into 2 Logs. The Logs can be Hardwood Logs or Oak Logs.
Planting New Trees[]
You can plant new trees using seeds. Seeds can be obtain from the Dungeon and trees. After planting a seed it will turn into a sprout and after 48 in game hours the tree will be fully grown.
Old Branch Beta[]
In the Old Branch Beta, the percentage of health per hit depends on the material of the axe, starting with 10% for a Copper axe. The tree fall with a second hit at 50% health. The number of logs thus obtained is around 4 to 6.
